Signing up on this page will send you an email or Text MMS (Multimedia Message Service). In order to listen to these messages on your phone you'll need to have a phone capable of receiving audio texts and we recommend an unlimited texting plan or you will chew up messages pretty quick. Some services will charge a surcharge of $.30 or more per text.

These pages are provided free of charge otherwise by volunteers in your area. This is not meant to replace your department issued radio or pager, but can assist you in reviewing calls without needing to contact your dispatcher. There is no guarantee these messages will be received. Always follow your department's policy on radio communications.

If you are subscribing to a cellphone text MMS message you will need to use the email form or your address. You might not even know you had one, well you do. I am currently able to offer text alert pages for Long Lake and the northern end of Hamilton County when these departments are toned out off of Blue Mt. If toned out locally, i.e. Indian Lake and Blue, my signal reception is marginal. As noted above, there is no guarantee these messages will be received. However I am working on obtaining a sufficient signal from Blue Mt. and Indian Lake to improve that in the future. I am including Raquette Lake as well in the event they are toned out by Hamilton County (any Raquette Lake page will be text only eg. Raquette_Lake_Fire Page Received at 12:11:07 on 02/01/15 since Hamilton County only tones Raquette's siren).
